STAIRS... Same Price For All Packages!

Closed Stairs........................... $20.00 per step.
Wall both sides.

One Side Open........................ $25.00 per step.
Wall on one side and spindles on the other. When spindles are present, we must get around them by hand. It creates much additional work and commands a premium. Please inform us if there are more than 2 spindles on each step as additional charges may apply.

Two Sides Open...................... $30.00 per step.
Spindles on both sides.

Bird Cage.............................$50.00 each.
Sometimes on the 1st step...5 or more spindles in a circular pattern around a post. Commonly referred to as a Volute!

Our equipment was designed to sand floors, flat areas only We can not refinish anything vertical, thus the stringers (sides) and risers (back) are not included. Prices are for stair treads & nosings only. The best way to understand this is: "If your foot physically steps on it...we can do it!" otherwise we are limited and can't guarantee professional results.

If something should accidentally break or one of our employees becomes injured, our insurance company denies the claim because we are insured as wood floor contractors only. However, we have arrangements with Local Reliable Moving Companies. They will send the muscle to move the furniture around in your home, and return to put it back in place when we are finished with your floors. If there is absolutely no room in your house and the garage is packed, they’ll bring a truck to store your furniture in until the floors are complete. Their men do it everyday and have the muscle and expertise to do the right job. They are their own company and are referred by us only.
